11 April 2017: "Did You Miss Me?"
It's been over a year and a half since I've done a news update on this site, and even though some of you guys wanted me gone, I gotta say I kinda missed doing this. This update probably won't win any of you back to my side because I've noticed how many of you use silly names and I plan on calling some of you out for it. No hard feelings.

Activity

1-20

#1 Danny Z cut a quarter of a point from his AF, pushing his lead on Alex E to more than a full point.
#3 Diogo Dos Santos Costa was site champ last time I did an update. All this time later and he's still close to the mountain top... He cut close to two points to move up a spot.
#8 JoeHDG moved up a spot. Are HDG initials, or just some letters that hopefully look cool together? Not that it's any of my business, I'm just curious.
#10 Retla stayed where he was, but he cut more than .7 AF.
#11 WilliamtG cut ~.9 AF to pass 4 players.
#12 Up2000 has the most ridiculous fake name up to this point in the update. He moved up 6 spots.
#13 Matt Piper set 3 new PRs.
#14 Joel Bresser moved up a couple spots, but more importantly, he uses a name that seems legit.
#16 Doodle is here to make sure the "silly fake name" trend remains prominent in this update. He's up 2 spots.

21-50

#21 Simon/Shack... Seriously? Pick one. 33 AF, 20 something spots.
#22 Roberto Ramirez didn't go anywhere, but he cut more than .9 AF.
#46 Athaway cut 31.5 AF points, the 3rd largest cut since our last update.

51-100

#51 Sniper chopped off 2 and a half points.
#54 BrandonWF84 sure sounds strange. He passed 6 players.
#56 Gamer Blue also sounds strange, but at least he has a first and last name. He was unfortunate enough to move down a spot despite cutting more than 3 from his AF.
#67 Nick Prear cut exactly 1 AF point and passed 1 player.
#69 Drake made the largest AF cut, cutting 43.5 points to land at everybody's favorite number.
#72 Dennis Colvin finished his time sheet and joined the ranks in the top 100.
#73 Sam Smith fell down a couple spots, but he beat 3 of his times.
#74 Sparks also slid down, but he improved 2 times.
#84 Kyle Wadley continued to climb, passing 13 players with a 21 point cut.
#85 Tyler Perris made a solid 5 and a half point cut.
#91 Greg Howard moved down a spot, but he cut more than a full point and also gets brownie points for using a legit name.
#99 Diego E. gets fewer brownie points because the first part sounds okay, but he only uses one letter for his last name. He joined the ranks with a full time sheet on March 6th.

101+

#101 Hollend78 gets zero brownie points because there's no way that name is real. He cut more than 17 points and passed a bunch of players.
#104 William Mach 8 cut more than 20 points and passed 6 players.
#105 Stephen Quincy submitted 1 new PR.
#114 Sofie Wimmer cut 3.2180 AF.
#115 Ayden cut 5.8750 AF.
#117 Count cut 3.3120 AF.
#144 Bradon cut 1.6890 AF. If you couldn't already tell, I've given up on trying to be creative with this update.
#154 Stephen Weber recently joined the iconic top 50 in Mario Kart Super Circuit. That's a game that men play.

Site Records

There were 5 new site records since our last update. Read them:

Diogo Dos Santos Costa beat the old Water Park record with a time of 1:39.895.
Roberto Ramirez beat the old DS Wario Stadium record with a time of 1:47.326.
Roberto Ramirez beat the old GCN Sherbet Land record with a time of 1:43.634.
Danny Z beat the old Wii Wario's Gold Mine record with a time of 1:51.934.
Doodle beat the old GBA Cheese Land record with a time of 1:43.208.

That's it for my triumphant return to news writing. This won't be a regular thing, I just felt like doing one for old time's sake.
